We recently hired Turlock Premier Roofing for a full roof maintenance and a second-story dry rot repair, and we couldn't be happier with their service! Right from the start, Premier Roofing stood out during the quoting process. Unlike other companies that stayed on the ground, they actually got on the roof, took detailed pictures, and thoroughly explained what they found, including cracked tiles, valley issues, and even misaligned lead counter flashing we hadn't noticed. Their quote was incredibly competitive compared to others we received. Once we decided to go with Premier, they were able to schedule the service for the very next week. The crew of two arrived promptly at 7:00 AM and worked diligently, completing the entire job in just one day, even though they had estimated two! They even returned later to paint visible plywood with our leftover exterior paint for a perfect match. We were especially impressed by their commitment to transparency. They provided a "picture diary" of their work throughout the day, showing us exactly what they encountered with the dry rot and confirming there were no issues with the maintenance. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up all debris from the roof, gutters, and downspouts. Finally, the payment process was incredibly convenient with a secure text invoice, and there were no hidden fees—the final bill was exactly as quoted. Had these guys came to check on my roof cuz there was water leak onto my laundry room. Two guys team came and give me a quote. They said there were tile missing. They gave me a quote and I let Lam repair it. After that they were gone for many days. We kept on calling when they’re gonna come and work on it. They didn’t answer many calls and almost gave up on them, and about to call some other company, they finally got back to us. They kept on giving me the runaround, saying they cannot find the same tiles. They said it’s hard to find it and said that they might have discontinued these kind of tiles. After so many days passed, they said they found the tile. Also had them clean the gutter. They charged me a few hundreds. They said they finished the job. Paid them and trusted them that the job was done right and professionally. Hired them only a few months ago. Now that the raining season kicked in, I noticed the rain water does not run down the spout, instead overflow the gutter coming down from the middle of the gutter. So I finally went up there myself and inspected the gutter, I found the used blue glove that they wore for the job was a big chunk of used up gloves stuffed tight into the gutter’s spout, no wonder the water cannot come down the spout because it was stuffed with a rolled up used gloves. Now that I looked back, I don’t think these guys were doing the job they said they did. I think these guys are crooks, never hire the again in the future.

Mr. Corona is great at what he does with his detail breakdown of everything I needed done to my roof, he made sure I was satisfied after the job was done. Also his 10/10 customer service made this process even smoother. Overall great experience I would definitely recommend Premier Roofing to whoever is in need of roofing services.
