JM Roofing power washed our concrete shingles, cleaned roof valleys and replace our gutters. Jason and Julio were very professional and attentive to our expectations. Let me start with the fact than Julio and his crew are respectful and accommodating. Kindness is a lost art it seems, and he and his crew have it in spades. It all Sta asserted with a leak in my living room during a February rain. He was referred to me by my plumber, I called him immediately, and he came by to give me an estimate. My roof was OLD. He gave me a quote, I signed a contract, we set a date, and he called me a couple of weeks later to ask if I he could do the job before some more forecasted rain. Of course I said yes, and it took about 4 days. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY and SATISFIED with the work, and GRATEFUL that he was recommended to me. He asked me questions and wanted to make sure that I was happy every step of the way. The price was reasonable and it included gutters. My roof looks beautiful! My gutters look great.
