Nice guy but extremely poor communicator and follow through going MIA for long stretches- he did my initial roof inspection 1-28-26 and still to this day of this posting has been unable to produce a simple formal report needed for an urgent warranty claim. Unfortunately need to pull out of this sunk cost situation, eat all the time and money wasted ($1k) with him and find someone else.

John from Barth Roofing came out and gave me a quick estimate. He seemed nice. After I signed the contract for TPO to be installed on my entire roof. About 5 weeks later Roof inspector Ignacio arrived at My house with no notice. I called Barth Roofing and was told John is no longer with the company. May 12th and 13th, my roof was installed. The (3) guys did a terrible Job. The trim outside is uneven, and in some spots, the trim is not Connected. In addition to this, They punctured a hole on the side of my house with their ladder and damaged my patio by them walking on it. I got caulking on my house and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to my drywall on my ceiling. I do not recommend these people. I'm not going to pay until my damages are fixed and the trim is reinstalled.

I spoke to John from Barth roofing and I emailed them stating I needed “ALL” roof sidings replaced and when come to find out they didn’t change all sidings out. I emailed Jon and he stated they did the work he estimated for which are the barge rafters and I had stated “ALL SIDINGS” and emailed him pictures and he stated those are Facia boards! Excuse me you are the professional not me to know the names of these items. I was under assumption per his estimate and my clear conversation and email that “ALL” sidings would be included in his estimate. Miscommunication on their part was horrible and no resolution has come about this. Images were submitted to him and showed him they even changed some so called “Facias” and asked why would they change some and not all. Very Disappointed with these repairs.
