Rooflow Roof Repair & Installation

I had a great experience with the team. It was time for a new roof and with a new leak from the winter rains, time to bite the bullet and go for it. The team was very professional in their assessment, the cost was very reasonable, they showed up and completed the project with great quality/professionalism, they worked so hard - I was really impressed. The new roof looks great. The installation team did a great job and kept us up to date the whole time.

So as a neighbor it's always trying to have another neighbor's roof redone. In this case, the guys were doing their jobs just fine and it was indeed quick. But the issue I had with them was how the debris was taken off a logistically challenging, steep-grade, pitched roof. Debris did spread over a wide area. There wasn't scaffolding (costlier, and weird on a hill), a chute or netting used and, after talking with the guys who came out to explain and offer context agreed with a suggestions on offering more prominent notes or notices to neighbors ahead of time. The fact they came out to talk and go over my previous concerns: decent and positive.
