He actually took the time to walk me through the torch-down process and made sure the technical specs were handled correctly, which I appreciated. It’s clear he knows the trade and isn't just trying to rush through a quote. The crew showed up when they said they would, got the job done, and did a good job cleaning up the debris afterward. The new roof looks tight, and the seams are clean. If you’re looking to get flat roof work done without the usual runaround, these guys are worth a look. Definitely try to get Amir to run the project - he's easy to work with and actually stays on top of the details.
