My insurance company required me to get my roof inspected/repaired it did not pass. It didn't. I came across Ark Roofing and Construction on Google. Guy who came out to give me a quote was very professional and respectful. I am easily satisfied and do a lot of research on thongs like this but I had narrowed it down to two and Ark Roofing won the bid. Guy provided step by step information on the process and followed up on any concerns I had. He and his team did an awesome job. My roof passed the initial city inspection. The roof replacement and custom gutters (my choice to replace gutters) really make my old home stand out. It looks amazing. Tom walked us through the process in detail ahead of time and monitored the job daily, keeping us up-to-date on progress, which we really appreciated. Although it was a large job, it started on schedule and was done in only four days. The results were exactly what was promised, with no surprises. Perfect.
