Larios Roofing’s online ad caught my attention because it was contradictory to what most roofers are saying that they can complete your roof for as low as $2,999. Turns out I was right. James gave me an upfront quote which was competitive so I signed up. He was transparent, responded to all my questions, and honest about what is included in the total expense. Their crews came on time, very professional, and highly efficient. They completed the project in 2 days using premium materials. James, Tobin, and Louie communicated regular updates about the progress of the project during the entire time. I’m extremely happy with their job. The final result exceeded my expectations. The city building inspector came and gave me a thumbs up upon checking their completed work - which confirmed I made the right choice. My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner. I highly recommend this roofing contractor for any roofing needs you may have.

An absolutely fantastic company to work with! They installed a new roof, fixed the dry rot and installed new gutters. The crew was very professional, punctual, polite and cleaned up every day. I can’t say enough good things about this company and everyone in it. After all work was done I had one gutter that was slightly slow draining and they came back and fixed it the next day. They really went the extra mile on the entire job to make sure it was perfect. I almost wish I had a second roof just so I could give them more business!! Thank you!

I am extremely satisfied with both the quality of the work and the customer service provided by this company. Before making a decision, I received estimates from four different roofing businesses. I ultimately chose them because they were the only team that actually climbed onto the roof, carefully removed the tiles, and thoroughly inspected the actual damage. In contrast, some of the other companies just flew drones, and the one that gave me a crazy, overpriced estimate didn't even bother getting on the roof! A couple of days after the repair was finished, we had two straight days of heavy rain, which was the perfect test—and the new repairs held up perfectly. Highly recommend!
