If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Jay, Miguel, Kiana and the entire Triark team are amazing.Their amazing communication and customer service are second to NONE. We needed a complete reroof due to the extensive amount of dry rot present in our roof. Jay arrived for the FREE estimate promptly at our appointment time and wasted no time getting to work. He began poking around with a metal pole to detect any hidden dry rot that might not be visible to the naked eyed. Once that was completed he began measuring out the square footage and began sharing information about different products. I did an extensive amount of research beforehand however, it was nice that Jay took time to tell the pros and cons of different materials and recommended based on actual need and not because something would make the company more money. His knowledge and passion for what he does shows in the 45 page estimate we got. Yes, 45 pages! To some that may sound like too much, but it was the most thorough estimate I've ever seen. It had pictures of all the dry rot, calculation worksheets to show how materials were calculated, warranty information and their contract policies. No hidden fine print, just the facts and a very detailed description of cost. On the first day, the tear off crew worked very efficiently and stripped everything down to the decking in about 2 hours. They were careful to tarp off vegetation around the home, as well as our HVAC. The foreman Miguel then took over with his team to immediately begin work on the dry rot repair. Miguel and his guys were amazing. They worked extremely fast and did an amazing job fixing the stuff you never see. After 2.5 days of dry rot repair, they began reconstructing the roof. Every day Miguel made sure to touch base we me, let me know their plans and kept me informed of progress. They cleaned up after themselves every day before leaving and answered any questions I had with enthusiasm. I had a few particular requests on how I wanted things and they crew never got mad and was very accommodating. I cannot speak highly enough about Miguel, Daniel and the other members of the team (sorry I don't remember everyone's names. There were 6 or so workers everyday). The guys finished work on the roof 1 day early! Miguel showed up on the final day to do a walk through with me and fixed a few minor things that I wanted taken care of and did so willingly. The inspector showed up and had nothing negative to say, signing off on our permit. Kiana promptly sent to us a very nice email thanking us for our business and provided pictures they took throughout the project. The pictures gave us peace of mind knowing that the work we paid for was actually completed. If you are in the market for a new roof, need roof repairs or just an inspection, do not hesitate to call Triark. They definitely set the bar when it comes to your roofing needs and you will not be disappointed!

Triark Roofing (Jay) came out and examined the roof on a home I purchased. Jay gave a complete description of the work needed. Miguel kept me apprised of the progress. The accuracy of work needed, the pricing, and the communication was excellent. I highly recommend this company! A+ quality!

Triark roofing was great to work with. They are competent, thorough and inline with other bids I received. They were recommended to me by others as well. When the solar company couldn’t remove my panels in a timely fashion, they did as much as they could without them removed to help fix the leak and then were out immediately after the panels were removed to finish fixing the roof. I highly recommend them if you find yourself with a leak or in need of a new roof.
