Joe was very professional and helpful, guiding us through the whole roofing process. He walked the roof with us, took clear photos, explained the shingle condition in simple terms, and helped us understand the insurance steps. Russell was our project manager and did a great job keeping us updated during the roof work and the interior painting. The roofing crew worked very hard in the hot weather and stayed focused on quality and safety. Emmanuel and Joe also did excellent work inside the home and were very respectful and kind while working around my parents. Everyone involved was a real asset, and the new roof looks great and gives us much more peace of mind.

We did run into a problem with the solar-powered skylight lights not working the right way, but Russell and the team went above and beyond to help. They worked directly with the manufacturer and made sure we received a full refund for the lights. We really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were throughout the whole process. The skylight replacement was handled with care, and we would gladly recommend them for roofing and skylight work. We would definitely use them again.

I had a good overall experience with Parker Family Roofing. Damon was friendly, professional, and did solid work on my roof and ceiling repair. The project started well, and even when a few cleanup details were missed at first, he came back, added another coat where needed, and handled things in a professional way. There were some nails and shingle pieces left around the work area, so I had to do a little extra cleanup, but the roofing work itself looked good and the repairs were done with care. Communication also improved as the job moved along, and I appreciated that they followed up and made the effort to address the remaining items. In the end, I liked working with them and felt they were trying to make things right. If you need roof repair or related work, they are courteous, skilled, and worth considering.
