What sold me on this company was they responded quickly and when they came out to give me a quote, jumped right up on the roof and fixed a leak to secure the roof until the complete re food could be done.....without even securing the re roof job. I ended up going with them and very happy I did!
No communication at all. I've called, texted, emailed, voice-mailed, yelped, almost every day for the past month and have received zero responses. They've had a lot of 1-star reviews about the same issue but are somehow being deleted. Be careful giving your money to them because they just might never call you back.
