He got a team of young kids, but they were so great, honest and down to earth. When encountering questions that they don't know the answer to, they are honest about what they don't know, and told me Alex will be able to help answer my question. During the construction, Alex and his crew were thoughtful and respectful. They took pictures and communicated their progress proactively. When they finish, they always clean up the mess and try to minimize disruptions to the homeowners. This is especially important because I have 3 young kids.
