Lucero's Roofing

I called Lucero’s Roofing to fix a leak by our chimney. They provided a bid for the repair but as this was the second leak on a 25+ year roof we requested a bid to replace. There was no pressure from the owner, Eric or his son Jacob to go this route but really glad we did. The demo revealed quite a bit of rot and areas that would leak soon if not already doing so. A roof replacement is expensive but once you see the amount of work that goes into it, you see why. The process took a little over a week and was pretty non-stop. The foreman, Ricardo, was a rock star. The crew were so kind and respectful of the property. Eric and Jacob continually visited to see progress firsthand and make sure we had no concerns. Really happy we picked Lucero for this project. Working with a local family company with the amount of knowledge and experience they have is awesome. They are very reasonably priced and have done everything they could to ensure we were happy. The new roof is beautiful and more importantly will keep the house dry. When we picked out the tile, the supplier told us we picked one of the best roofers in the area. At the end of the process this is no surprise.

Lucero's Roofing completed a roof replacement on my home in Curtis Park several years ago. They had to remove several layers of roofing and address dry rot issues. They were professional, on schedule, on budget, and did not try to upsell. They are so great I have called on them once again to inspect, repair, and maintain the barrel tile roof at my new home in EDH. These guys are great! I highly recommend them.

The entire experience was professional yet had a personal touch. The owner Eric is an experienced, honest, and hands on person explaining and supervising the 5 day project. My roof started leaking several weeks ago and Eric was able to start the job soon and had it covered to prevent further damage. The crew worked very hard and & made the roof stronger and more beautiful than the original. The cleanup was performed daily and impressive. His price is very fair and he gives you the information needed to make the best decision on your roof and home. I like that he included new gutters which make the roof look even better. The materials they use are high quality. Thanks again for taking good care of our home. The new roof is more quiet and the new gutters drain so much more water without spilling over. We are so happy with our new roof and gutters as the winter raining season begins 👍🏼💪
