Mike from Tokos Roofing is the best roofing and number 1 service that you could possibly find in Sacramento County. My roof had a few broken tiles, the wood bar drafter is rotting, and the paint wearing off. I called more than 10 roofing repair contractors in Elk Grove and Sacramento area, most of them said it would cost more than $1,000 to fix and I have to wait for few weeks to next month because there are so many customers on the list. After talking to them on the phone then I schedule the inspection. Roof Life Company told me it would cost $5,000 to fix it because they need to replace all the tiles and they will do it next month if I agree. It was during New Year and on the weekend; I try to called others roofing repair with high reviews but they re all close or busy so I called Tokos Roofing. I was a little nervous because Tokos Roofing has no review. I spoke with Mike and he said he going to my house to fix the roof leaking. He came on time despite the heavy rain , flooding in the area and fixing the roof in 30 minutes. He charged $195 for the roof repair and gave me 30 days guarantee. The roof is fixed and I am very happy about their service.

We had few roofers already came out, check and didnt show up. I called TOKOS, Mike came right away despite the weather, replaced the broken tile, patched the chipped one, etc. Glad to have a local business do the job and honest. By the way, his warranty is 3 years, not six months or a year-its 3 years so you know he will do amazing. Thanks Mike for being awesome!
