The work was completed on time, communication was clear throughout the process, and the craftsmanship is excellent. The crew was efficient and left the property clean when the job was done. I’ve worked with Jeff on two separate reroofs now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s communicative, straightforward, and genuinely easy to work with. Jeff Ratchford just replaced our 47 year old tile roof. We had leaks during the storms and Jeff responded quickly to our call for an estimate. Our old roof was solid but didn’t have any underlayment and the original paper had disintegrated. Jeff went over our options with us and we decided to do a full replacement with new tiles. Jeff’s bid was very reasonable. He and his team did a great job and repaired dry rotted areas as well. The area was cleaned up after the job and we are very pleased with the new roof. Jeff also replaces siding and we will definitely be calling him when we are ready for that project.
