They did an excellent job replacing our roof , repairing lots of dry rot and installing a sun tunnel. We were very meticulous and they corrected every little tiny thing we asked for. Roberto and his crew were skilled and courteous. Angel and his son were excellent too. We have been putting off this job for years and now we are so relieved to finally have it done and done right. Our house was very poorly ventilated and they fixed that. They made common sense suggestions and implemented them well. We are most grateful. It rained yesterday and we were nice and dry!

We invited five contractors – with experience installing James Hardie fiber cement siding – to provide us quotes for the complete residing of our 2-story house and separate 4-car garage; including enclosing the soffits with fiber cement panels. Jack Borba, the founder and President/CEO of Straight Line, came out to walk the jobsite himself. Jack first interviewed us to gain a firm grasp of our needs. He was the only one who recorded a video of his site walk so he could sit down with us afterward to discuss what he observed and review aspects of the project that stood out; thereby allowing us to make informed decisions regarding the scope of work. This was a large and challenging project, since the house is built into a hillside with a tall crawl space that effectively makes the backside of the structure three stories. This created difficult access that required the implementation of scaffolding and fall protection systems to ensure the crew's safety. From the initial site walk, through construction, it was apparent the customer's interests come first with Straight Line. Their crew always showed up on time and worked hard every day. The Foreman, Tony, was easy to get along with and demonstrated pride in, and a commitment to achieving excellent workmanship. Additionally, Tony and Straight Line's Superintendent, Roberto, addressed any concerns we had without hesitation and in a timely manner. The transformation of our house and garage is amazing! We highly recommend Straight Line; in fact, I recently did just that with several friends, one of whom used them to perform a roof repair. They share a similar positive experience.
