Beautiful showroom. Knowledgeable staff. Griselda is amazing. She goes above and beyond. She’s normally at the Brentwood location, but if you can score an appointment with her, you are set.

This review is specifically for Josh Vargas. I purchased tens of thousands of $ of plumbing hardware from him and the entire experience has been an absolute nightmare. He is wildly uncommunicative, especially when I need his response quickly to confirm things, I'd call and call and he wouldn't pick up, and wouldn't bother to call me back for days. He also recommended a piece of hardware that ended up being the wrong size, but then wouldn't let me return it because it's a living finish, without taking any accountability for specifically recommending that size. Then my contractor went to bat for me and got him to agree to take it back, only for him to back out later when I took it back to them. After many many useless trips back and forth to deal with this, I'm done giving general plumbing supply my business. If you go to the showroom, my recommendation is to work with anyone but Josh.

I was told to come here to remodel my bathroom. I guess I didn't look the part as noone said hello or even acknowledged me. If you want snooty service maybe this your place otherwise I'll take my 75k elsewhere.
