We had an emergency issue with our water heater and Michael came out on a call at 8pm, which already showed incredible responsiveness and customer service. He diagnosed the problem quickly and came back the next day to get everything fully fixed. One thing we really appreciated was that he explained all of our options clearly, from lowest cost to highest cost, and allowed us to choose what worked best for us without any pressure. Super honest and transparent. Michael was clean, professional, and respectful of our home the entire time. Great experience, highly recommended!

Michael was recommended by another plumber, who didn't have any appointments for at least two days. I had a toilet leak, which fortunately wasn't an overflow. Michael communicated with where he was at with his current job. He was dealing with an emergency repair at another home which took hours. He arrived the following day and also gave me a discount since I was patient in waiting for him to do the repair. I had a fill valve replacement done. He also explained what situations would warrant more extensive and higher cost repairs as far as the function of the toilet parts. I would highly recommend Michael Gardner Plumbing.

Had a pipe issue at my home. Sewage was backing up into our yard through out clean out. We tried snaking it ourselves for hours with no success, called a local plumber I knew out and he cleaned it out and he sent a camera down and we saw there was a disconnected pipe or offset from my house’s pipe to the main city pipe which was causing the backup. It needed to be dug up and replaced which obviously was not the news I wanted to hear but it needed to be fixed. He recommended Michael as he does this type of pipe replacement. Michael came right out and checked the camera view told us what needed to be done and gave us an estimate. We called Michael out when we got the money together, he came right out, set up everything, walked us through the process, did all the permits, met with and pge to mark all the gas lines and then the next day he and his crew got to work. Got it fixed up, there was minimal to no disruption to our daily life at all during the repair. He and his crew were very thorough and the job was well done. You can tell when contractors cut corners and there were no corners cut at all, all work was documented and he gave updates. Job as done well and water is flowing and haven’t had issues since. Thanks
