Excellent service on our air conditioning system. On time, Diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Explained what they were doing in detail and very thorough.

I had the worst experience with this company. They sent a technician to our house for an estimate for air duct cleaning. The technician was extremely aggressive and pushy, moving my furniture without my consent to find the vents. He forced me to call my husband (who was at work) twice to sell his service. He unscrewed the metal grille on the ceiling and left it hanging while doing all these, and then, while he was measuring the size of the grille, still having it hanging up there, the grille fell on my cabinet top and caused a dent! Then, he was not apologetic by saying it was not his fault!! I dislike people who fail to take responsibility. I called the company complaining about this, and the company promised $50 for the damage repair. It was not enough, but I was fed up with it and agreed. And you guessed it, the money never came!

I recently used ATC for some plumbing issues I had and I was very impressed and excited to find someone I can trust. The person who came out was named TJ and he was prompt, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. Most of all the price was very, very reasonable. I would highly recommend them and intend to use them in the future.!
