He even helped purchase and bring a brand-new unit with him, which saved me a lot of time and stress. They were extremely professional, friendly, and very thorough. They carefully checked everything to make sure all parts were installed correctly and that the system was working perfectly before leaving. By 4:30 PM, the new water heater had been delivered, fully installed, and everything was complete.
