We had an excellent experience with Millenium Plumbing. We found both Luis and Oscar to be very knowledgeable. They answered all our questions, provided a comprehensive description of all the work that would be completed and did not over-quote with unnecessary fixes as we had experienced with other companies. Oscar, who completed the install of our water heater as well as diagnosed pipe rattling was thorough, communicative, friendly and patient with all our questions. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. We will definitely hire them again for upcoming jobs.

I was previously charged over $600 by another plumber for a leaking toilet, only for the leak to return in less than five weeks. When they came back, they refused to stand behind their work and instead tried to push a new repair quote exceeding $3,000. To make matters worse, they had originally told me that if the leak returned, it would be due to the toilet itself and that the prior payment would be credited toward replacement labor.
