I am so grateful for Drain Time’s expediency and warm customer service that I recommend to any and all that need a professional service team that does quality work and treats you like family. The service & work is well deserving of 5 stars so when we had a mishap today of a clogged toilet I had no hesitation to call and request someone to come take a look, as I think my 2 year old might have dropped a toy in the toilet. Gabe showed up within the given time frame and got to work quickly he was able to auger my toilet and clear the issue in less than 10 minutes. As a first time homeowner, failing plumbing is as scary as it gets, especially with only one bathroom. In the fall of 2024 I had sewage coming up through my tub, I first resorted to my home warranty who sent someone out that stated they weren’t equipped to investigate the issue properly. I then called several different local plumbing companies for comparison and advised what the warranty person said I needed. By the time I called Drain Time I had a few quotes that were daunting and long wait times seem to be the expectation. I believe I spoke with Adam initially who I explained to my sewage was backed up and it was an emergent issue since we only have one restroom. After sharing the quotes that I received he said he could send someone out to me within the hour and quoted me less than all the quotes provided. My clean out had over flowed in my backyard and my whole plumbing system was collapsing due to it being an older home. I trusted Drain Time to redo all my pipes and relocate my clean out for easy access. Tommy (the owner) came to my home on several occasions to walk me through the financing process and ensure I understood what was being done. They really treated me like a valued customer and I felt like I was in good hands!

I put 2 stars instead of one, because the technicians were cool guys, and the price I paid seemed to be on par with other places I contacted. Other than that, the experience was lackluster at best. I had to wait almost 3 hours for someone to show up. I had to call them almost an entire hour after my appointment to see if anyone is still coming so I can try another company if need be. As a company, I would think you would have the courtesy to let the customer know that you’re running late, but no, nothing. The technician then calls and says he’s going to be here in 15-20 min… yea nothing. He then texts about 30-40 min later saying he’ll be here in 45 min! I had a minor issue with my sewage, and the quote they gave me was 17k to fix it?!!?!! Damn, son! Funny thing is, the quote on all their vehicles reads, “On time, every time”. Bull! DO BETTER!

Very professional and fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. They took care of all of my questions and concerns, were very clear and explained well. Price was very fair and I didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of all, especially given the situation I was in (stuck with a main drain that needed to be replaced very quickly). Would highly recommend.
