Following the initial contact, the process for acquiring the quote was smooth, straightforward and most importantly clear. Max explained all that he would need to do and left me confident in his ability to get the job done quickly and efficiently. After scheduling the work, Max arrived on time and was ready to go. He was clean, and thoughtful of the surrounding area that he was working in. All of the plumbing work was done neatly and accurately, clearly at the hands of professional. As I had an older home certain adjustments needed to be made along the way, but Max had no trouble getting the job done as well as communicating with me what he was doing. Overall I was impressed with Max and very satisfied with my overall experience. His services were exactly what I was looking for in a professional plumber. I have since passed along his contact to my friends and family. Will definitely be reaching out with any of my plumbing needs in the future!!

Max with Poly Plumbing came out and replaced our faucet. He was able to get everything done in 30 minutes. Reasonably priced and everything was done professionally. I would recommend him to everyone!!!
