Ben was awesome! We have had a shower backing up and couldn’t find anything when we would sweep it ourselves. He came out quickly, was able to find the problem and correct it. He was honest, upfront, and affordable! We appreciate him so much and will definitely use him again in the future for any other plumbing needs and we are sharing his info with our neighbors. Thank you Ben!!!

I hired Ben to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. He came late and did not bring the right tools. He said the problem was fixed, but the leak got worse the next day and damaged my cabinet. I called him many times, but he did not answer or kept saying he would come later. When he finally came back, he charged me again, but the problem was still not fixed. He was also rude when I asked questions. Overall, he did a bad job, was rude, and not professional. I do not recommend him.

Ben was wonderful with his communication and getting the job done. We called late evening for a kitchen sink clog issue and he was able to accommodate us for next day early morning. The charge was reasonable as well.
