Water Rite Plumbing Supply

I visited the store to return two coplers, and unfortunately, I had to deal with a rude and unhelpful employee named Josh. This wasn’t my first visit to the store, and I had already had a negative experience with him on my previous visit. On my second visit, Josh and another employee engaged in a conversation while helping me process my return. They both look at me and then they look at each other and made a funny face. That made me feel very uncomfortable. To make things worse, Josh’s attitude during the return process was very nice. He was dismissive and he didn’t seem to care about my concerns. He also didn’t like to repeat himself, which made it difficult for me to understand what he was saying. Overall, my experience at this store was disappointing. The customer service was poor, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I will definitely be avoiding this store in the future.

I appreciate staff that know what they're talking about and get straight to the point. The bald guy I spoke with gave me clear instructions and recommended a specific video if I needed to hear it again while installing because I said I'd probably get home and forget every word he said.

To start I’m a licensed plumbing contractor and I’ve been shopping at Water Rite for now close to 25 years, I have always been treated like family and truly enjoy going there as often as I can. Josh Timberger does an excellent job manning the store and always takes care of myself of anyone I send that way. A++
