Had some water pooling in my front yard and porch around the supply pipe, so I contacted R Box. I sent Alex a few photos, and he immediately figured out it was a cracked elbow joint in the service line. He came out the next morning and replaced it with a sturdier setup. Fair price, super friendly, and really knowledgeable. Definitely calling R Box again for any plumbing needs

Had an emergency issue with the main sewer drain at my house. Called Dimitry over the weekend. He was able to make it out first thing that Monday morning. He got our drains functioning again. He was on time, responsive and professional. So we asked him to give us a price on some other work we knew we needed but were concerned (worried) about cost. He quoted us for a new water main shut off, pressure reg. valve and adding a cleanout for future sewer maintenance. The price was very fair so we had him proceed with the work. He did a fantastic job in the time frame we needed and it all looks great! He even located our sceptic tank for us. I will surely be hiring him again in the future

Alex was professional and arrived on time. Installed a new kitchen faucet in less than 30 min. He did a quality job and provided professional advice for maintenance. 10/10 would use their services for future plumbing needs!
