Kept the work area clean, kid and professional team that went above and beyond to remedy the issue, and make sure I was assured of the fix. Great team and service. One of the best companies I've dealt with in Sacramento. I had a major clog in the main sewer line of my home, which caused a backflow into my toilet and shower. Sac Val Plumbing was able to get a technician out the same day this emergency situation happened. James was great over the phone. Informed me about the process, estimated time of technician arrival and had straightforward pricing. The technician that arrived to my home (Tim) was great. Tim worked for hours to diagnose and to fix this clog. With some help from another co-worker (Josh, I think) they were able to ultimately clear the clog, saving me and my family from a miserable weekend. I can't recommend these guys enough. I will go with this company for any plumbing issues that I have in the future.
