TRIO Heating, Air & Plumbing

Diego Installed a HVAC surge protector and air purifier unit. We did some research on how important these items were and were satisfied with the workmanship. Diego took a lot of time to walk as through the process and shared all details including pictures on email.

Trio is great, I really appreciated working with them. But… I have to say, even more impressive is Richard my technician! Richard is incredibly knowledgeable, a great communicator and super friendly and easygoing. My garage is packed with stuff, but he was chill working his way back to my furnace and doing his inspection. Never making me feel bad. I liked Trio so much, I signed up for their annual service and we’re doing some much needed big replacements. Big thumbs up for Trio and Richard!!!

Jerry from TRIO heating, air, & plumbing responded to our request for help and came the very next day. We had two problems: 1) a clogged kitchen sink past the P trap from too much food down the garbage disposal, and 2) a trickier problem where a weird musty sewer smell was coming from our primary bathroom toilet. He solved both our problems, by quickly clearing out the kitchen sink, and replacing a really gross wax seal under the toilet. We are so happy with the results. As a bonus, Jerry also tested our water and fixed a pressure issue with the kitchen sink faucet. I would highly recommend working with Jerry and TRIO and I would hire them again.
