Big Picture Plumbing was excellent and I highly recommend them. I had previously hired another plumbing company that charged me a couple hundred dollars, but their fix stopped working after only two days. They also told me the only way to repair the shower valve would require tearing open both sides of the wall (And quoted me insane rates for fixing the issue). Dwayne from Big Picture Plumbing came out and handled the problem in a much smarter way. Instead of destroying the walls, he rebuilt the shower valve from scratch using the existing shell. This approach saved us a lot of money, avoided unnecessary wall damage, and ensured the problem was actually fixed correctly. It’s refreshing to find someone who is both knowledgeable and honest about the best solution instead of the most expensive one. Fast service, very fair pricing, and excellent workmanship. It has now been over a month and the shower is working good as new. Dwayne will be my go-to guy when it comes to plumbing from now on. Excellent job.
