Pros Plumbing & Rooter

Dan and his team came out on the same day with very short notice and fixed my kitchen drain that was falling apart and that was plugged fully. They went over and above what I asked them to do and had a get it done right attitude. They are very nice people and do great work.

I called at 12:15 and got an appointment to unclog a toilet between 4-5pm that day. At 5 I had to cal and ask where the plumber was. Alexandra checked and said he would be there "closer to 6." at 6 I called and Alexandra checked and said he was wrapping up and said he's be on his way shortly. At 6:30pm I canceled. I could have call Roto Rooter but wanted to help a local business, my mistake.
