Jason was on time and extremely thorough in spending two days diagnosing a serious problem with our sewer line, clearing the line and laying out options for next steps. He could have given up at several points and he kept at it, despite 90-degree temperatures and hitting multiple dead ends. He was honest, direct, and willing to take time to make sure we understood the problems he encountered, as well as our options moving forward. This is our second time using Clear Drain and we won't look elsewhere if we have another plumbing issue in our home.

Jason cleaned out our sewer drain line. It could not be cleaned by snaking with a cable because the block was in an offset. So he hydo-blasted it open. He was very good, and was completely knowledgeable about the plumbing system. You could tell he had years of expertise.
