Courteous, generous, and diligent to a fault. The owner was willing to meet a competitor's price and beat their install time for our kitchen sink, potentially saving us 60 bucks for the additional half-hour. Would earnestly recommend again.
Called at 3:37 Monday afternoon, they are NOT on Amend in Pinole, this is around the corner from me. Got a call from a 916 number at 4:15 confirming the phone number and saying their Concord dispatch would call. Nothing. Rescue Rooter came out this morning and cleared the drain. Still no call from Preferred.
