after the plumber i had used for years retired, i was a little unsure about calling someone new for plumbing work. i reached out to Nelson Family Plumbing & Water Heaters to install a bathroom faucet on a new granite vanity, and the whole experience put me at ease right away. the receptionist was very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to when scheduling the service call. diego arrived and did an excellent job. he removed the old sink, cleaned and flushed out the sink trap, and took extra care during the faucet and sink installation to make sure everything was fitted properly and working smoothly. the workmanship was clean, professional, and thorough, and we have had no issues at all with the new setup. i had also dealt with another plumbing service before for a kitchen faucet install, and while that job turned out fine, this experience felt much more efficient and polished from start to finish. the communication was better, the service was more organized, and the attention to detail really stood out. it was clear that the plumber knew his craft and cared about doing the job right the first time. what i appreciated most was how comfortable and confident they made me feel throughout the process. from the front office to the actual plumbing work, everything was handled with care and professionalism. when i need help again with a faucet, sink, drain, or any other plumbing repair, i will feel very confident calling again and i would gladly ask for diego.
