BUYER BEWARE!!! These people are SHADY, and at my house Bill's son and grandson tried to intentionally damage my sewer lateral so they could possibly get work from me, even after I unclogged the stoppage weeks prior. My Experience: Bill's son told me to try a Water-Pressure Drain Opener on the sewer lateral which it worked (they would've earn a 5-star from this point). However Bill's Underground got shady really quick, once they cancelled my contract days before work started and said they would return my check, in which they cashed instead. 3 weeks following the contract cancellation and me telling them I no longer need them on site because there is no stoppage (and to return my $400 deposit), Bill's son and grandson came back to my house anyway used a Street Curbside Water Meter Key to possibly place a foreign object into my cleanout, where my water meter was nowhere near the cleanout. Maybe Bill's have done people right in the past to receive good comments, but there is no way I would ever recommend this sewer repair company. 1 month after giving them my deposit, they still haven't returned my $400 check, but their family field crew has returned to my house to reexamine my sewer lateral on a few occasions since.....Hmmmm? Shady.

Very professional and A1 service Bill's replaced the main line from our home to the street even though they had to dig up our yard and part of the street they did an amazing job on putting it back you couldn't even tell it had been done I highly recommend bills underground ,,thank you bill
