Emerson has been amazing. Emerson's crew replace, up grade and leave it on city code all the water lines in my new remodeled bathroom. He always shows up when he said he will and he stayed at my job site the whole time. He is NOT the kind of plumbers that drops off workers and then check in on them at some later point. I am I new salon owner and needed to get a hot water line for my shampoo bowl. I reached out to a few companies but I choose USA Rooter and Plumbing because called they sent someone out in 30 minutes to have a consultation. He looked around went under the house to find the best way to do it and explained it to me. Others just came and look and quoted a price. When I was ready they was here before there scheduled time and worked professional in a hour the job was complete. After need more assistance and they came out to make sure the job was complete and I was satisfied.
