After living in Grass Valley for over 6 years, I’ve had several companies work on my heater. My old system was more than 17 years old, so I decided it was time for a full heater replacement. I chose Hayes & Sons HVAC because they really understood my heater’s brand and seemed to care about good customer service. Miguel came out and did a great job installing the new system. After the installation, I noticed we needed an extra return and some ductwork changes that weren’t covered under the warranty. Even so, they took care of everything without any extra charge. That kind of attention and customer care really stands out. It’s clear they want customers to be happy and comfortable with their heater service. I’ll definitely call them again if I need heater repairs or maintenance!

The next day, Miguel gave me a follow-up call to make sure everything was still working well, which I really appreciated. The service was top-notch, especially given how busy the season was for AC repairs. I’m very happy with the fast and professional help I received when I needed it most.
