I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They were incredibly easy to contact and schedule with. They even honored a quote they gave me back in March without trying to change the price on me. On the day of the install, I gave them the green light and they messaged me at 12:30 to let me know Brandon was on his way. Brandon was punctual, professional, and had the new water heater completely installed in just an hour and a half. Before he even started, he walked me through what to expect and I was really impressed by how perfectly he stuck to that timeline. The finished setup looks incredibly neat and clean. On top of that, he was super understanding and accommodating when I told him midway through that I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school. He didn't rush or cut any corners—he just kept working with the same high quality and zero panic. I’m so glad we picked this company over the competition.

Brandon did a great job. He was on time and pinpointed the problem quickly. He repaired our water heater in a short amount of time. He explained what he was going to do and then proceeded with the repair process. We were very pleased with the results.

He explained everything he was doing which included removing our very old and heavy water heater and installing a new streamlined version with updated, to code features.
