Water Heaters Only, Inc

Woke up to a flooded garage from a leaking water heater. Turned off the water supply and Called Water Heaters Only. A preliminary estimate was given over the phone and was reasonable, so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Soon after, they called back and said they have an opening for same day if it works for me. I accepted the same day appointment and Matt arrived on time. He evaluated the situation and confirmed the estimate that was given. He had everything needed on his truck and completed the water heater change. When he was finished, he went over all the details and controls. Thanks for sending Matt out for our install, he was great to chat with and did a super clean and professional installation.

Waking up to a leaking water heater on a holiday is never a good thing, but Matt made arrived less than 2 hours after we called and had us up and running with a new water heater in about an hour! A weekend and out goes the water heater? No problem if you contact Water Heaters Only, Inc. The big box stores only service on weekdays and their scheduling, paperwork, etc. is a pain. But Water Heaters Inc. makes the process easy and is inexpensive or even less than those other businesses. Throw in a great service person like we had in Matt and look no further if you need help.
