I had dropped something invaluable down the sink drain and I called them to hopefully get it out and the dispatcher was so sweet! He helped me calm my nerves as well as sent out a plumber who retrieved my belonging really fast! He also fixed some parts of the sink that needed replacing free of charge! Highly recommend you call this company when you need any service!

Why do all these plumbers say they have 24/7 emergency service. I called at least 10 places. Most went to the same dispatcher, and no plumbers were available in Folsom California. The same exact lady answered the phone for about 5 different places stating they were here for me 24/7. The one person who picked up the phone simply said they don't do emergencies anymore. There really needs to be some kind of proof, if they say they offer it, then they do it. It sounds like false advertising to me. Reminds me of bait and switch without the switch.

My call for an emergency repair of a pinhole water leak was answered immediately and a technician arrived within an hour and a half. The repair was done quickly. Followup calls and texts kept me informed of the arrival time and status. I had 2 more leaks during the next week and both were handled efficiently and professionally. Great service and fair prices.
