Wonderful experience! I needed a valve to be replaced. I had no water for three days.I called Chase Plumbing and Drains. Eric answer the phone. I told him my situation. He was very understanding I sent some pictures to him. He knew exactly what to do. We talked about pricing. Eric was very direct and forward. Super easy. Chase plumbing came by to replace my broken faucet. They arrived on time and communicated with me about arrival and what I needed to do to prepare for the job. They were extremely professional, technically adept, reasonably priced, and very fast. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work in the Danville, Blackhawk, San Ramon area. It's hard to find good contractors and this ones a gem.

My experience with Chase Rooter and Plumbing was great. Erik responded to my emergency SMS virtually immediately, quickly set up an appointment and promptly was onsite to deal with a burst bypass valve on top of the water heater that had just flooded our garage. Erik was very knowledgeable and thorough with his approach: he explained the antiquated design of the water heating plumbing that used to accommodate a water warming unit on the roof back in the 80s but was now obsolete, proposed to simplify the configuration, did careful testing to avoid possible pitfalls and, after having checked the new configuration, executed it beautifully.
