I got a callback in under 10 minutes, and Bryan arrived at my door in about an hour, even around lunchtime. He ran the needed checks for the warranty claim, then completed a water heater flush and a tune-up service to help restore better hot water performance. Bryan was fast, easy to talk to, and very friendly the whole visit. He explained the plumbing work clearly and answered my questions about what the service would normally cost if I had called directly. From what I understood, the hourly plumbing rate was around 130, plus the water heater tune-up parts or kit, so the total for a couple of hours of work would have been around 300 or so. Through the warranty, I only paid my service fee, which made the whole repair even better. Overall, it was a smooth and professional water heater service experience. The plumber was helpful, efficient, and respectful, and I would definitely recommend them for water heater and general plumbing work.
