Our 28 year old water heater finally stopped lighting last evening. Called HOTCO right then and Jen set me up for a visit the next morning (today!) Mat and Azby showed up on time, figured out what needed to be done and a few hours later we have a brand new tankless water heater with recirculating hot water. My wife and daughter are thrilled now that we have an endless supply of hot water on demand. Mat and Azby were fantastic, respectful, and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would not hesitate to recommend HOTCO to everyone.

One of the technicians removed and-showed me the bad part and explained to me what the problem was which made a lot of sense (Bad blower motor) once again I would like to thank you and them for the hard work and the chasing down parts to make this happen, your team rocks.
