I spoke with Tom on my water heater issue with chamber sensor failure. Tom was kind and patient listening and explaining the possible solution process steps and even came to my place to observe and provide actual estimates. Even though we ended up with a different service provider, Tom's honesty, transparency, professionalism, experience and excellent customer services are highly appreciated.

I spoke at length with Tom this morning about some items that I thought we needed to have taken care of. He was a very patient man and educated me in what was actually happening, and that it wasn't really a thing to worry about. He was thoughtful and went through some ways to find things out for myself, that were easy to do, and while he suggested a couple of larger projects, he didn't go for the hard sell. This was a refreshing moment in a time when companies can be pretty cynical about drumming up business, and Tom was a down-to-earth personality who was easy to talk with and very helpful. TL;DR: BBK Plumbing may not have 'scored' a project this time around, but they certainly made me a fan. I'll be sure to reach out to them in the future for any plumbing issues that come up - and so should you.
