It’s been a long time since Joe Mumford came to our house so I was surprised to get an email asking for a rating of his work. Mumford was highly recommended as a plumber. I don’t even recall what the issue was for calling him to fix one of our toilets. Joe and an assistant “fixed” the toilet in question. That toilet is used rarely and hadn’t been used in a while before he came. It did not have a leak prior to them working on it. After they worked on it, we found water on the floor outside of the small, hardly used room that houses the toilet. We found that the side of the toilet tank had a huge crack which caused extensive damage to our floors in the toilet room, entryway, and dining room. It was clear that the damage was caused by Joe and assistant. When we contacted Joe, he said that he has insurance and we thought the damage would be covered by his insurance. But he denied that he was responsible. It caused us a lot of money to mitigate the damage.

They have been very helpful each time I have needed them.Last time, I needed a new toilet and they assisted me in the purchase as well as the installation. Perry did an Excellent job and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
