Victor completed the termite inspection this morning and arrived right on schedule. He was very professional and took the time to clearly explain the extent of the termite damage. He also walked me through what needs to be done to restore the safety of my home. I appreciated that Victor provided several options for both extermination and repair, allowing me to make an informed decision.

Fast action pest control has a wonderful employee with Ms. Dallas. She was so thorough and thoughtful she went the extra mile for sure. She had seen some of our children’s things lying in area of spray and made sure they were put away in safe area before spraying. She knew kids would be touching and needing. Tech arrived promptly and started dewebbing and treating the exterior. My small dog got stuck on the wrong side of the fence and Marco assisted as not only pest control tech but also doubling as animal control tech and helped me get him back on the right side of the fence. Marco explained all services included with treatments and helped ease my overthinking. I truly appreciate everything from the web inquiry (less than a week ago) up to the treatment today.
