Advanced Integrated Pest Management

Long story short- Manuel is the reason we're switching pest control companies. His responsiveness, professionalism, and customer service were exceptional. We are looking forward to working with Advantage IPM going forward and would highly recommend Manuel Moreno to anyone in need of pest control services. Long story- After months of dealing with recurring issues and growing frustration with our previous pest control company, we finally made the switch to Advantage IPM—and it was one of the best decisions we've made. The final straw came when we discovered a large, active wasp nest inside our dryer vent. Not only was it a safety concern, but it also meant we couldn't use our washer or dryer. When we contacted our existing pest control provider, they told us it would be five days before they could come out. That response was incredibly disappointing given the urgency of the situation. We reached out to Advantage IPM, and Manuel Moreno came out the very same day. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and immediately got to work addressing the problem. The wasp nest was large and extremely active, but Manuel handled it with confidence and expertise. Thanks to him, the issue was resolved quickly, and we were able to get back to normal.

Highly Recommend!! I was experiencing gnat issues in my background. I initially called another local pest control company but they told me they didn't treat flying insects. I went to yelp and Advanced IPM was the first company that popped up. I called and they said that they could help. Manuel was the service tech that was assigned to me. Manuel was amazing! He was able to come sooner than scheduled. When he got here, he inspected the backyard. I was able to sign a contract and he got started immediately after. He sprayed inside and outside. The spray was not only for the gnats but other bugs as well. When I came back the next day, there were very little gnats left but definitely no more on my windows and walls outside. Great service all around from the person on the phone to the service tech. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and treatment was effective. Price was reasonable for the 1st visit/treatment and bimonthly service for a year. Thank you so much Manuel and Advanced IPM!

Brad does an excellent job. He takes a proactive approach to any issues he sees and openly takes any feedback we may have. He has always addressed any issues we’ve had promptly! Highly recommend!
