Ratman Pest and Termite Control

Gilbert and his team were great throughout the process. We initially went an alternate route but corrected the decision quickly thereafter. Going with the Ratman and his crew has relieved stress and anxiety since he completed his work. We no longer have rodents scratching around in our attic and crawl space. Such a relief has allowed the whole family to be at ease. Thanks Gilbert and crew, we are extremely happy with the meticulous work you provided my family.

After interviewing 4 other companies, we decided to go with Gil and the Ratman team to treat our home for termites (yes, he does termite and insect work too) because I felt Gil was an honest and trustworthy man who stands by his work. He proved me right! Gil came out and personally walked his crew through the entire job before leaving them to complete the work. The team was very thorough and gave us status updates throughout the morning. While they were in the crawlspace, the Ratman team double checked all of our rodent work from another company and reinforced areas they thought might need it at no extra cost. That's above and beyond service in my book!!!! Thank you Gilbert, we really enjoyed working with such a service oriented company!

I concur with the five star rating that rat man has on Google! It’s no coincidence that his ratings are so good. Gilbert, the owner, and the whole team, are so responsive and thorough. “So responsive” Is an understatement. “Very impressive” with their customer service is a better description. We hired them two or three months ago to stop the rats from coming in and they did it. They did what was necessary, and saved us some money by not doing all the other stuff. If we would’ve replaced all the insulation, as other companies suggested, we would’ve paid twice as much to get everything done We’ve called them a couple times to come out and check the traps. They’ve patched one more hole, and we’ve been rat free for four weeks now! Thank you ratman!!!
