Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and took care of the issue so efficiently that I was able to move into my new home the following week without any concerns. What really impressed me was their customer service. They continue to check in with me every month to make sure I’m still satisfied and that everything is under control. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers the way they do. At this point, I feel like I’ve found a second family with this team over PEST! Their pricing was fair and honest. I never felt pressured into buying services or products I didn’t need, and I never felt overcharged. Bob has serviced our San Ramon rental home a couple of times, and he’s been great.
