I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while now because the team at Times Up Termite truly deserves the recognition. We’ve trusted them with our home for several years now, and finding a company you can completely rely on is a game-changer. Mike, Edgar, Caesar and Amy are incredibly professional and always go that extra mile to provide amazing care for us. Between their helpful annual reminders and thorough yearly inspections, they take all the guesswork and stress out of home maintenance. Whenever they do find an infestation, I love that they walk us through low-impact, safe treatment options that work perfectly, without ever trying to scare us or upsell us on things we don't need. Plus, if I ever have to call them out for swarming, which is always a stressful moment, their response time is lightning-fast, and they instantly put my mind at ease. I absolutely love doing business with them, trust them completely, and look forward to continuing our relationship for years to come. I recently had an inspection done on a property I’m getting ready to sell, and it came back saying the house needed full fumigation for termites. Naturally, that was a pretty big concern—both in terms of cost and what it would mean for the sale. I decided to get a second opinion and reached out to Time’s Up Termite, and I’m really glad I did. They took a thorough look and were upfront and honest from the start. They explained that fumigation wasn’t actually necessary and that the issue could be handled with a much simpler and more cost-effective solution. That alone saved me a significant amount of money, but what stood out even more was their honesty. They easily could have gone along with the original recommendation, but instead they did the right thing. The whole process was smooth, communication was solid, and they did exactly what they said they would do. If you’re dealing with termites or just want a trustworthy second opinion, I’d highly recommend giving them a call.

We had Times Up repair some termite damage on a house we bought in Fremont. This picture is how they left the house - completely exposed during rainy season. To compound matters they failed to tell anyone they were leaving it in this state, so we got water and mold damage. (And at the time we had a 3 year old and my wife was almost due with our 2nd - this became a pretty serious health hazard for my family quickly.) When we pursued a remedy with them, they completely hid behind their contract language, changed their story several times about who they spoke with and what work was agreed upon. Maybe others have had a better experience, but I'd be VERY cautious giving these folks any business. I found them to be completely lacking integrity and doing everything within their power to blame anyone and everyone rather than just admit their mistake.
