Trinity Termite & Inspection Services

This guy charged me an astronomical $700 to replace one 10 foot deck joist (2×6) and two pieces of blocking (see pic).  When I asked him why so much, he said 'travel time' (Redding to Lakehead; 24.2 miles) and 'his costs have gone up'.  Way too expensive for the service performed!  I normally don't write reviews, but I feel people should be warned.  I wish I could give zero stars.  I would not recommend this company and will look elsewhere for future pest inspection service.

I sm a Realtor and Steve is my go to pest guy. Hes very knowledgeable and experienced. Steve is honest, and has integrity. He doesn't call out things to increase the costs of repairs, but charges fairly.

Steve has been in business for years and his expertise is top notch. He's flexible and his inspections are professional and his quotes on repairs are not over inflated like the competitors. Truthfully as a Licensed California Realtor and Certified California Home Inspector I always choose Steve to look out for my buyers or sellers best interests.
