Ordering directly from the company that breeds the bugs is so much better than other companies that repackage then sell. First of all, customer service has been AMAZING and has been working with me from the beginning to get my order figured out. Second, these bugs are much more active than when I order with DMV or arbico. I can see bugs crawling on the outside of the box that they got to me in less than 24 hours. I placed an order for green lacewings and parasitic wasps after discovering an infestation of black aphids in my most productive tomato plant that appeared to be spreading.
